I ended up buying myself a birthday present at the antique mall.
A Kodak Brownie Flash Six-20 (manufactured from 1946 to 1955).
Yes, I know I have a few vintage cameras, but I thought this would be a cute addition to my collection.
It's sitting on my dining room table right now, but it will eventually sit with my other cameras on the shelf in my office.
Linking with Marty at A Stroll Thru Life for her Tabletop Tuesday.
Monogrammed chicken wire hanger from Erin's Etsy shop - Peony Wire Works.
Pam - My Mom had that same camera and took all our childhood pictures with it. It had the two spools that rolled the film in it. What fun...and what a great gift to yourself! xo Diana
ReplyDeleteIt always helps to buy another camera!!! :)
ReplyDeleteHi Pam,

That little camera is adorable! Man, if we had a record of all the old kooky pictures it has taken in its lifetime! Andrea @ townandprairie
ReplyDeleteI have decided that I need to buy just one of those cameras. Maybe I will buy one for my upcoming birthday.
ReplyDeleteGood for you for treating yourself to a special birthday gift.
ReplyDeleteGreat camera! Happy belated birthday.
ReplyDeleteHappy Belated Birthday! Like your camera, want to see the whole collection again. I have not been posting or visiting much. School started and is kicking my rear! The 50's aren't bad, you'll shine!

P.S. In answer to your question on your previous post...I don't know about 90, but at "gasp" 60, you still feel 35 on the inside...problem is that's the speed you drive at as well.
Happy Belated Birthday!
