Were they a little hot too? Dang. I'm tired of this wicked hot weather. 96 degrees at 6pm last night. Am I in AZ or MI?
It is more fun when they are clowning around. I am following all your boards on Pinterest- Your boards are awesome you have sooo many of my favorites!!
- Yes, Kim it was hot. Around 95 degrees, but it's a lot of concrete so it felt a lot hotter.- Thanks Cathy. I love Pinterest!
That is why I photograph the flowers at our zoo. The animals are sort of sad.
Yeah, something like that! They are nice to look at from afar! But it is amazing how they take on human characteristics.
I'd get a little bitchy and irritable too if I were kept in a cage all day.m.
Ah, poor things. I'm always struck by how "human" gorillas seem.
I'm going with eat your face off...yeah.xo
I take it you've been watching those strange obsession shows on the Animal Planet, too. I've seen the unfriendly side of these creatures. Scary!!! The zookeepers should give me a call. I've got plenty of friendly sock monkeys to keep the crowds entertained. :@
yeah---gotta be careful with those gorillas...I wouldn't want to be hugging one. Hugging the hot little monkeys that visit me is scary enough- xo Diana
Maybe, the heat. Definitely being caged can't be fun. Poor things.
Poor things...I'd want to eat someone's face off if I was in a cage all day too.
You always crack me up! I am so glad you decided not to risk getting your face eaten off.:) Did Max enjoy it? We haven't been to the zoo for 2 years--we used to go a lot. Our Portland Zoo is really nice.
I'm not a big fan of gorillas. But in all that heat, with all that hair, they were probably miserable.
Aren't they more mellow in the day? I think they come alive at night time. They are darn cute though!!
Thanks for taking the time to comment! I read and appreciate everything you have to say.
