Ingredients

cup
all purpose flour

teaspoon
baking powder

teaspoon
salt
½
teaspoon
cinnamon
½
teaspoon
ginger

cup
brown sugar
firmly packed
1
cup
rolled oats
old-fashioned, uncooked
¼
cup
vegetable oil
2
tablespoons
milk
1
egg
Instructions
Heat oven to 375 degrees F. In a large bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and ginger.
Add in brown sugar and oats and mix thoroughly.
Now mix in your wet ingredients - vegetable oil, milk and egg.
Drop by heaping spoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for about 12 minutes until light golden brown.
Loosen your belt buckle a few notches, grab a glass of milk and start eating your cookies.
