So I give you my dining room.
OK, just breaking in here to say this is the ceramic tree that I got at the thrift store in October. I told you I'd put it to good use and I'm loving it sitting on this footed silver platter.
I'm back to shutting up now. Carry on.
I am going to be away from my computer for a few days, so I will post my living room holiday photos when I get back. Hope you enjoy your weekend!

So pretty-Ilove the ceramic tree. As you may have noticed in my previous post I won a minature one to go with my huge one-I'm currently in love with them.
ReplyDeletehave a fun weekend!
Love the dining table centerpiece. You have a package on the way and Joe wanted to send you pine cones. So glad I talked him out of it. I see you have plenty. xo, Olive
ReplyDeleteEverything looks beautiful. The ceramic tree is very cute. And you got the tinsel on the big tree juuust perfect--3 strands per branch. Looks just like icicles!
ReplyDeleteLove it, Pam! The candy canes look so great in the vases...and I found some tinsel this week, inspired by you!
ReplyDeleteI love it all Pam! The little fence around the bottom of the tree is so cute and your great ceramic tree find is perfect there with the sheet music. Love it all. Cracked up on the 'carry on' bit too. :)
ReplyDeleteWe have the same ornaments! I came over from your comment left on my glass balls post. I have been following along as you decorate, but had not seen the house tour. Love everything and have duplicates of most, though I did sell off all my Gurley candles and Empire plastic figures. I had to pare down the collection.
ReplyDeleteI love all your sweet vintage pieces. Did you make your tree or did someone make it for you? I remember those from years ago. I have never seen those little deer in those particular poses. They are just darling. Everything looks great- xo Diana
ReplyDeletePam, your Christmas tree is so beautiful! I especially love the pine cones and ornaments on the table!
ReplyDeletePam it all looks so nice.
ReplyDeleteIt looks charming. We still had the ceramic tree my uncle made in the '70s and gave to my mom. My daughter took it to her apartment this year. All her grad school friends thought it was cool.
ReplyDeleteThis is a great post with lots of things I would have in my house as well!I am really into the little vintage deer now and I always like the little Santas but I have never seen one with a sled and I REALLY love him! I also like the simplicity of just posting the pictures. I actually have been stressing about getting my Christmas blogs up in time so maybe I will follow suit with a simple photo tour like this. Thanks for letting us take a look! Merry Christmas!
ReplyDeleteI love vintage but have never been able to find that much vintage Christmas stuff around here. I love your fun decor. The table and tree look so fun, Pam.
ReplyDeleteI recall those trees from the seventies or eighties. (Memory going just a little!) My aunt, who bought bisque pieces (I think that's what they were called) and decorated them and fired them at home made some of the trees. She filled the lights in later, into pre made holes.
ReplyDeleteThe tree and the tinsel are wonderful. Like through a waterfall, or a curtain to draw aside and reveal Christmas.
Your decorations are lovely. I love the ceramic Christmas tree and the way you've displayed it on the silver stand.

Love the vintage ornaments on your tree! Hope you get something checked off your list, Laura
ReplyDeleteLooking good! I love your centerpiece with the silver bowl filled with pincones and vintage ornaments. And don't even get me started on the sweet deer - so cute. Your ceramic tree looks amazing placed on top of the silver and the santa was a wonderful touch.
ReplyDeleteI might just need to find an excuse to find a platter to set my ceramic tree onto. I love the height that it gives your tree. Great displays, Pam.
ReplyDeleteI'm wishing I could get my ceramic tree back from my daughter. At least I'd have a lighted tree up this year!
ReplyDeleteYour tinselling skills are top notch. Not too much to take away from the beauty of your fabulous China cabinet! I have many of the same vintage ornaments. Love it!
Beautiful. I love your Table tree and santa around the base. Your big tree is wonderful too, I love that you use tensil, so pretty. Hugs, marty
ReplyDeletePam..
ReplyDeleteI love it all.
What a beautiful tree you have too.
Perfect.

ReplyDeletePam I love your dining room, it's filled with so many little touches that make it cozy. I especially like your ceramic Christmas tree with the tiny lights. Also, I wish I could have a big tree in our dining room!

I'm just loving your house tour, Pam. Everything looks wonderful. I can't wait to see your living room!
ReplyDeleteToo creepy.....were we separated at birth...so my light over my table is decorated exactly like yours...that ceramic tree....had the exact same tree...left it when we sold the Jersey house...should have kept it...pine cones are everywhere in my house....can't wait to see what else we have in common...Merry Christmas!
ReplyDeleteLove all of the vintage ornaments. I happen to have one of those ceramic trees too. From my mother-in-law. It was her mothers.

Ooooh, I used to have a ceramic tree like this, only it was white with red lights. I love this green one with the colored lights. I eventually gave mine away with all the moving, and now I wish I had it. Your lantern is perfect for the Christmas season.
